Starlifter, Nikko Smith and Dirty Muggs Headlining Fair U City 2013

Starlifter, a musical group from Scott Air Force Base, and a component of the U.S. Air Force Band of Mid-America, will open up Fair U City 2013 with a performance at 6 p.m. Friday, Sept. 6 at at University City’s Heman Park.

Fair U City runs from Sept. 6-8 in Heman Park.
