Third Ward Councilmember Offers Views On Olive/170 Development

UNIVERSITY CITY, MO — It takes "something large" to stop a degenerative cycle of declining property values, third ward councilmember Stacy Clay says in a new video posted to Facebook Monday — "something large like the Olive and 170 development."
