U City Library to Host Day of Remembrance Event
The speech will be held Wednesday, April 10.
Sara Moses, a former University City resident, will speak Wednesday, April 10, at the University City Public Library.
Moses will speak about her experiences as a child survivor of the Holocaust, according to a press release from the library. She spoke about her experiences in Sun Valley Idaho in 2011. TheΒ Idaho Mountain ExpressΒ covered the event. Read about her speechΒ here.
According to the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum, Holocaust Remembrance Day is Monday, April 8, 2013.

The 2013 theme for the Days of Remembrance is "Never Again: Heeding the Warning Signs."Β
This event will take place in the Libraryβs auditoriumΒ at 7 p.m.

Refreshments will be served, and there is no charge for admission. All are welcome; the Library recommends this event for middle school-age and older.
