As a strategic part of University City's effort to raise safety awareness, the University City Police Department will be taking part in a series of crime awareness and prevention techniques.  Each meeting will involve discussions on various methods recommended to aid in safety awareness and crime prevention. Meetings will be held from 6-7:30 p.m. on Tuesday evenings. <ul> <li>Feb. 12 — Barbara C.
