Volunteers Needed to Help with Cans Film Festival
Annual event offers people chance to see a movie if they donate 5 canned goods. Volunteers will collect canned items.
Volunteer to collect cans for the "Cans Film Festival" at Wehrenberg Theaters Dec. 1. Anyone who donates five cans of food will get a free movie pass for that day. Volunteers are needed to collect, count and box food at these theaters:
- Arnold 14 Cine
- Chesterfield Galaxy 14 Cine
- Mid Rivers 14 Cine
- O'Fallon (IL) 15 Cine
- Ronnie's 20 Cine
- St. Charles 18 Cine
- St. Clair (IL) 10 Cine

Volunteers are needed to staff the Salvation Army's Angel Tree Station at the St. Louis Outlet Mall in Hazelwood. Volunteers will assist donors in selecting an angel tree tag and accept and organize gift collections. Volunteers are needed until Dec. 16. Sign up here.
