UNIVERSITY CITY, MO — Catch up before the public hearing on tax increment financing for the Olive/170 development in U-City's third ward. That hearing, scheduled for May 23 at 7 p.m. at the Mandarin House on Olive Boulevard, will be the most important opportunity yet for citizen input on the new development. Whether you support the development or remain skeptical, it's a can't-miss opportunity to voice your opinions and concerns.
