Watch The April 15 University City TIF Commission Meeting

A public hearing is scheduled for next Wednesday. Catch up here first.

UNIVERSITY CITY, MO — Catch up before the public hearing on tax increment financing for the Olive/170 development in U-City's third ward. That hearing, scheduled for May 23 at 7 p.m. at the Mandarin House on Olive Boulevard, will be the most important opportunity yet for citizen input on the new development. Whether you support the development or remain skeptical, it's a can't-miss opportunity to voice your opinions and concerns.

Watch the latest meeting of the TIF commission here or on the University City Patch Facebook page. The first video is embedded above. Find parts two and three below. Patch apologizes for a small gap between the first and second video. Citizen comments begin in the middle of the second video. There is no gap between the second and third videos.

Also below is video of a press conference held by a citizen group calling for a community benefits agreement prior to approval of the TIF.
