CAPE GIRARDEAU—Karly Raymond of Wentzville, has received the President's Scholarship and Missouri Leadership Award to attend Southeast Missouri State University.
Raymond is the daughter of Alan and Marsha Raymond of Wentzville. She will be a 2012 graduate of St. Dominic High School in O'Fallon, Mo.
