
ST. LOUIS – Linda Cline has been promoted to property manager at Sachs Properties, Inc., the developer of the 1,500-acre master planned Chesterfield Village in Chesterfield.
Cline, a Wentzville resident, will continue to cultivate tenant relationships, ensure properties are properly maintained, oversee improvements and develop annual budgets for 15 properties. Cline has been serving the needs of Sachs’ tenants for more than six years.
Cline participates in the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Currently, Cline is working on her Certified Property Manager (CPM) certification.

Cline earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from the University of Missouri in Columbia, MO.
