Lake Saint Louis Board to Hold Public Hearing for Huck's

The convenience store would be located in the Schnuck's development west of Lake Saint Louis Boulevard.

A public hearing will be held at Monday night's Lake Saint Louis Board of Aldermen meeting for a site plan review and special use permit for a Huck's.

The gas station and convenience store development, which would be known as Huck's Lake Saint Louis, would be on a 1.99-acre lot located in the Schnuck's development, southeast of Civic Center Drive, west of Lake Saint Louis Boulevard and north of I-64.

  • the addition of 64 units to the Waterways Apartments.
  • changes to city code addressing parking for adult education schools or college campuses offering adult evening and weekend classes.
  • changes to city code about the process for approval of temporary/seasonal outdoor displays of merchandise.

The board will hear a second reading on a bill for a new half-cent sales tax that will provide funds for parks improvements.
