Kevin Vincent Gore, 29, of Lake Saint Louis, who crashed his Dodge pickup through the kitchen and dining area of a home in Lake Saint Louis earlier this month, was arrested for driving while intoxicated as a persistent offender and driving with a revoked license. READ MORE: Man With Revoked License Crashes Truck Through Kitchen in Lake Saint Louis Gore was also charged with attempting to leave the scene of a motor vehicle crash, possession of heroin, possession of marijuana and an active arrest warrant. Lake Saint Louis Police later obtained a search warrant in order to seize a blood sample from Gore. Once the results from the laboratory are in, police expect to add multiple charges. No one was injured in the incident.
