Stealing <ul> <li>Police responded to a shortage of money by an unknown subject at Kohl's on March 4. There was no arrest and the amount of money was less than $500.</li> <li>Juveniles were involved in shoplifting at Walmart, but no arrest was made. The incident occurred on March 4. </li> <li>A cell phone was possibly stolen or lost. The incident occurred in the 1900 block of Wentzville Parkway on March 4. </li> <li>Police responded to a civil matter at Budget Inn on March 4.
