Police Blotter: Two Arrested for Using 4-Wheelers on Baseball Field at Founders Park

The following information was supplied by the Lake Saint Louis Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

DWI

  • On March 27 a Lake Saint Louis Police Officer arrested a 23-year-old male for driving while intoxicated near the intersection of S. Henke Road near Technology Drive. The driver’s blood alcohol content was later measured at .206 percent BAC.

Shoplifting

  • A Lake Saint Louis Police officer responded to Walmart located at 6100 Ronald Reagan Drive for a report of a female being detained for stealing on March 27. Police arrested a 38-year-old female for stealing.

  • On March 29, Lake Saint Louis Officers were dispatched to the 100th block of Savoy Drive for the report of property damage that had just been discovered.
  • A Lake Saint Louis Police Officer observed two ATV four-wheelers driving in the outfield of baseball field No. 2 within Founders Park driving carelessly and causing property damage on the baseball playing surface and grass outfield on March 30. A 23-year-old male and a 22-year-old male were placed under arrest for property damage. The 22-year-old male also had an active warrant for his arrest out of the St. Peters Police Department.

Domestic

  • On March 29, Lake Saint Louis Police Officers responded to Hawks Landing Drive in reference to a domestic incident that was occurring between two subjects. The officers’ investigation revealed the incident to be non-criminal in nature. Family assistance resources were provided to those involved.
