Wentzville Police Blotter: Asking for Help with Abusive Husband

Following is a list of reports taken by officers of the Wentzville Police Department on Wednesday, Oct. 24 and Thursday, Oct. 25.

October 24

• Drug violations were reported on I-70 west at mile marker 209 at 1:18 a.m. Michael McMahan, 34, was arrested for possession of marijuana.
• Domestic violence was reported in the 1400 block of Tree Top Court at 4:59 a.m.
• Stealing was reported at 10:02 a.m. in the 1800 block of West Pearce Boulevard. Currency was reported missing.
• Stealing was reported at Walmart at 11:24 a.m. Curtis Owens, 30, was arrested for stealing under $500.
• Stealing was reported at 11:34 a.m. in the 100 block of Whisper Creek Drive. A suspect stole a wallet and currency valued at under $500.
• Stealing was reported at 11:55 a.m. at Kohl's. Jeremy Foltz, 33, was arrested for stealing under $500.
• An auto accident was reported in the 1800 block of Wentzville Parkway at 11:56 a.m.
• An animal at large was reported in the 2100 block of Hannah Drive at 12:47 p.m.
• Fraud was reported in the 200 block of Tanner Drive at 1:32 p.m. A subject reported a mortgage scam.
• Stealing was reported at 2:01 p.m. in the 200 block of Wood Hollow Drive. An unknown subject broke into a vehicle, but nothing was stolen.
• An animal at large was reported at 3:46 p.m. in the 1400 block of Tree Top Court.
• Domestic violence was reported in the 600 block of Giotto Court at 11:45 p.m.

October 25

• Suspicious circumstances were reported on Maggie Kate Court at 8:58 a.m. A subject was asking how to get help with an abusive husband.
• An open door was reported in the 300 block of Meyer Road at 9:37 a.m.
• Domestic violence was reported in the 100 block of Whisper Creek Drive at 10:19 a.m.
• An auto accident was reported at 12:55 p.m. on Wentzville Parkway at I-70 east.
• An auto accident was reported at 1:47 p.m. on West Pearce Boulevard at Wentzville Parkway.
• A sex offense was reported in the 1000 block of Hidden Valley Drive at 1:49 p.m. The suspect was trying to get the victim to pull their pants down.
• An assault was reported in the 1900 block of Wentzville Parkway at 2:01 p.m. Michelle Cotner, 28, was arrested for assault and peace disturbance.
• Property damage was reported in the 400 block of Highland Meadows Place at 2:23 p.m. The suspect violated an exparte order.
• An open door was reported in the 700 block of Spring Meadow Court at 2:48 p.m.
• An animal at large was reported in the 700 block of East Koenig Street at 3:20 p.m.
• An auto accident was reported at 6:01 p.m. in the 500 block of Luetkenhaus Boulevard.
• A runaway/missing person was reported at 6:15 p.m. at Holt High School.
• Stealing was reported at 6:52 p.m. in the 300 block of Huntleigh Parkway. A credit card was stolen from a residence.
• At 10:13 p.m., Anthony Starks, 22, was arrested for possession of marijuana and prescription drugs in the 1400 block of Plaza Place.
• At 10:42 p.m., a juvenile was issued a traffic summons on West Meyer Road at Sherwood Oaks Drive.
