Police made no arrest.</li> </ul> Stealing <ul> <li>A cell phone stolen and personal belongings were stolen by an unknown subject at 7 Wentzville Center on Feb. 24. The items stolen were more than $500. </li> <li>Personal belongings were stolen from a vehicle in the 50 block of Wentzville Parkway on Feb. 24.
