2 Charged with Theft in Amherst

- On January 29, 2014 at 1555 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Charles Boyer, age 19, of 93 West Street #12, Milford, NH on a charge of Criminal Trespass. Boyer was released on $1000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for February 6, 2014 at the 9th Circuit Court – Milford.
- On January 29, 2014 at 1855 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Rosalia Franco Ghelman, age 51, of 123 Cannongate Road, Nashua, NH on a charge of Theft. Ghelman was released on $500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for February 6, 2014 at the 9th Circuit Court – Milford.
- On January 29, 2014 at 1900 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Hector Arango, age 45, of 123 Cannongate III, Nashua, NH on a charge of Theft. Arango was released on $500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for February 6, 2014 at the 9th Circuit Court – Milford.
- On January 30, 2014 at 1411 hours, the Amherst Police Department responded to a 2 car accident on Route 101A @ Caldwell Drive. Minor injuries were reported. DRIVER 1 – Vicky Peterson, age 63, of Milford, NH. DRIVER 2 – Kathleen Guyette, age 57, of Milford, NH.
