3. Patch Fact: Did you know: A silo is a storage bin for chopped plants and grains. Silos used on farms allow farmers to supply livestock with nutritious feed all year and to delay the sale of their crops.

4. Get sleep, lose weight? Yahoo reports that sleep deprivation actually hinders the performance of fat cells. The study showed that those who want to lose weight may benefit from better sleep.
