The Anna Boardman Concert Series will present the Scott Sanchez, Concert Guitarist on Sunday, Oct. 21 at 5 p.m. Scott Sanchez is often praised for his virtuosic and musically passionate performances. Sanchez received his Master’s of Music degree from Yale where he was a student of Benjamin Verdery. As a student, he performed in masterclasses for renowned guitarists such as Eliot Fisk, David Russell, and Pepe Romero.

5. Congrats! Jesse Jay has been selected as the Student-Athlete of the Week for the week of October 1. As a junior forward, Jesse Jay has made huge impacts on the team on and off the field. During practices, Jesse is always operating at 100% and is very supportive of her teammates. I have never heard anything other than positive words of encouragement and support for everyone on the team. During games, Jesse works hard to make sure she has everyone’s back at all times. Her voice is often the loudest and proudest from the sidelines when she is taking a well deserved break. Last week at Goffstown, Jesse incurred an injury which took her out for a week. She was present at every practice and game, dressed and ready to go, even when she know she wasn’t able to. She is the epitome of one who leads by example and is truly an invaluable piece of our team and success.
