5 Things: Instagram Terms Of Service Changes Coming

1. Weather Report: Today will be partly cloudy with a high of 25 degrees. Tonight is mostly clear with a low of 16 degrees. Break out the sandals (well, maybe not) because the weather is getting much warmer this weekend.

2. Pay attention hipsters. Instagram will be updating their Terms of Service and Privacy Policy on Saturday. This comes after a huge backlash over their plans to include private Instagram pictures in their advertising.

4. Moving on up. The Amherst Police Department promoted Detective Patrick Webster to the position of sergeant. This wasn't the only promotion in town this week, as firefighter Chris Buchanan was made into Amherst Fire's newest lieutenant. 

5. Congrats! Milford resident Rebekah Curtis was named to the dean's list for the 2012 fall semester at Messiah College. Curtis is a first year majoring in math with teaching certification. Dean's list is earned by receiving a 3.6 GPA or higher on a 4.0 scale.
