5 Things: Should New Hampshire Legislators Ski For Free?

Hangin' on the passengers side of his best friend's Patch.

1. SkiFree? NH representatives will vote this week on whether they should get free ski passes to Cannon Mountain. The recommendation from their committee is to kill the unlimited access, which saves them the $70 fee for a one-day lift ticket.

 2. Get out those loans. UNH is expecting to charge 3 percent more for tuition of out-of-state students next year, but does not want to raise the amount for in-staters. This means NH outsiders can expect to pay $39,272.

4. Weather Report: Today will be bring partly cloudy skies during the morning hours that will give way to occasional showers in the afternoon. Expect a high of around 46 degrees. Rain and snow in the evening will become intermittent in the overnight hours with a low of 26 degrees. Tomorrow will remain cloudy as temperatures cool down.
