Don't miss this chance to see gargantuan gourds competing for prize money then get turned into boats and raced down the Piscataquog! 2. Got babies? Get fit! This Friday is the grand opening event at Sportszone in Derry for moms looking to workout, but don't want to leave their little ones. Stroller Strides is the country's largest stroller fitness program. Their classes provide mom with a 'total body work out,' combining segments of cardio and strength training. Classes suitable for all levels of exerciser. Modifications are offered to those new to class, pre-natal mom's, and 6 week newly postpartum mom's. They also have regular member's who run 10K races, who work at the higher modifcation. Those going to their opening day event, and get great goodie bags, with samples, discounts on mom/baby/toddler products, should RSVP

Fun with police. As part of their 75th Anniversary Celebration, the NH State Police will be conducting an Open House at their Headquarters located in Concord.  We will have equipment and vehicles on static display from all of our specialty units to include Marine Patrol. There will be live demonstrations from our SWAT and K-9 members! For the first 100 parents attending with children, we will be providing a flash drive containing their child’s vital information with a current photograph to be used if the child is ever lost or missing. There will be several vendors on site displaying the latest and greatest police supplies and equipment.
