The Love Patch is a little old place where we can get together.

1. Your weather report: Today will be stormy with thunderstorms coming later today, with a high of 90 degrees. Scattered storms make their way through the area tonight with an overnight low of 66 degrees. The weekend is looking to be in the low 80s with only a few clouds covering the sunny skies.
2. Seaverns Bridge Road Update: Amherst DPW Director Bruce Berry says that Continental Paving have the base coat of asphalt scheduled for this Friday morning. The Asphalt needs to cool and compact before it can be driven on which often created difficulties for residents needing to leave their homes. Berry said that he cannot predict when the paver will pass in front of your home, but they will do their best to get everyone out with minimal delays.
