2. BIG slip up. The HuffPost reports that CNN and Fox News gave the wrong report on the Supreme Court's ruling on healthcare. The court ruled that the individual mandate could not be upheld using the Commerce Clause, but could be upheld as a tax.

Congrats! Emily Readdy, a Sophomore Biomedical Engineering -BS major and a resident of Amherst, has earned the esteemed honor of placement on the Dean's List at The College of New Jersey (TCNJ) for the 2012 Spring semester. To achieve this honor, a student must carry 12 or more credits that semester and have a 3.5 grade point average or above.
