A Sweet Time Making Treats at The Chocolate Fanatic

Sometimes life is hard, but not when it includes being surrounded by chocolate.

I took a trip over to The Chocolate Fanatic in Amherst to learn how to become a chocolatier. Owner Maria Marini let me help her with some chocolate samples, including lemon-orange truffles and chocolate covered caramels.

She made the mistake of leaving me alone in the kitchen, which always means dancing will happen. Watch the video for all of that magic.
