Amherst Chocolate Store Closes Its Doors

Amherst's Meadowbrook Crossing shopping plaza just got a little less sweet with the departure of the Lindt Factory Outlet.

The store closed for good on Jan. 1 after only a year of being at this location.

The national chocolate chain offers a variety of chocolate treats including boxed chocolates, European specialties, chocolate bars, truffles, recipe books and more.

A Lindt store was opened in the Merrimack Premium Outlets last year.

The Chocolate Fanatic also opened up right down the street recently with a creative assortment of chocolates to indulge with.
