Amherst Man Charged With DWI

[Friday, Feb. 1]

At 10:58 a.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on Route 101A at Ponemah Road.  No injuries were reported. The drivers were Patricia Zermeno, 37, of Milford and Edward MacDonald, 27, of Milford.

At 3:11 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident in the parking lot of 104 Route 101A.  No injuries were reported. The drivers were Matthew Simard, 50, of Lyndeborough and Michael Stepanek, 60, of Hollis.

[Saturday, Feb. 2]

At 11:31 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on Route 101A.  No injuries were reported. The drivers were Luke McClintick, 17, of Milford and Brittany Delage, 20, of Milford.

[Sunday, Feb. 3]

At 12:03 a.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident in the Walmart parking lot.  No injuries were reported. Pamela Dugrenier, 48, of Milford had hit a parked vehicle.

At 12:30 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Adam Callahan, 27, of 20 Merrimack Drive, Merrimack on a charge of driving after suspension. Callahan was released on $800 peronal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for February 14, 2013 at the Milford District Court.

At 1:15 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Gene Daniel Simpson, 24, of 3 Thistle Drive, Amherst on a charge of possession of a controlled drug. Simpson was released on $500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for February 14, 2013 at the Milford District Court.

At 10:20 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Jeanine Marie Demers, 31, of 35 Embankment Road, Amherst on a charge of simple assault. Demers was released on $800 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for February 14, 2013 at the Milford District Court.

[Monday, Feb. 4]

At 8:47 a.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Route 101. No injuries were reported. The driver was  Jacob Gruber, 19, of Merrimack.

At 10:30 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Richard Lawrence Lombardi, 63, of 12 Winding Hollow Road, Amherst on a charge of DWI. Lombardi was released on $500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for February 14, 2013 at the Milford District Court.

[Tuesday, Feb. 5]

At 3:39 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Brian Matthew Bendel, 20, of 41 Lund Drive, Hudson on a charge of willful concealment. Bendel was held in lieu of $2,500 cash bail, with an arraignment date set for February 6, 2013 at the Milford District Court.

At 3:45 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Tanya Ann Sanchez, 35, of 17 Pleasant Street #2, Milford on a charge of driving after suspension. Sanchez was released on $600 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for February 14, 2013 at the Milford District Court.

At 4:05 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Isaiah Rasheed Brown, 22, of 17 Pleasant Street #2, Milford on an electronic bench warrant issued by the Concord District Court. Brown was released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for February 7, 2013 at the Concord District Court.
