Amherst Man Charged with Illegal Wiretapping
The following information was provided by the Amherst Police log. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
- On February 10, 2014 at 2130 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Jacob Thomas, age 20, of 54 Haines Street #3, Nashua, NH on a charge of Theft. Thomas was released on $1000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for February 27, 2014 at the 9th Circuit Court – Milford.
- On February 12, 2014 at 1330 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Kevin M. Harrison, age 47, of 15 Marina Road, Chelmsford, MA on a charge of Driving After Suspension. Harrison was released on $500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for March 6, 2014 at the 9th Circuit Court – Milford.
- On February 12, 2014 at 1533 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Ahmed Mohamed Olama, age 32, of 118 Hollis Road, Amherst, NH on a charge of Unlawful Wiretapping. Olama was released on $1200 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for March 6, 2014 at the 9th Circuit Court – Milford.
- On February 12, 2014 at 1801 hours, the Amherst Police Department responded to a 2 car accident on Merrimack Road @ Ponemah Road. No injuries were reported. DRIVER 1 – Lindsay Evans, age 16, of Amherst, NH. DRIVER 2 – Kevin Fountaine, age 43, of Amherst, NH.
- On February 12, 2014 at 1915 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested William Meadows, age 25, of 104 Amherst Street #A, Milford, NH on a charge of Theft. Meadows was released on $1000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for February 27, 2014 at the 9th Circuit Court – Milford.
- On February 13, 2014 at 0055 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Jason Michael Marcoux, age 26, of 2 Cottage Avenue, Nashua, NH on a charge of Theft by Unauthorized Taking. Marcoux was released on $1500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for February 27, 2014 at the 9th Circuit Court – Milford.
- On February 13, 2014 at 1034 hours, the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Chestnut Hill Road. DRIVER 1- Danika Maxwell, age 23, of New Boston, NH. Maxwell was transported to a medical facility for treatment of minor injuries.
- On February 13, 2014 at 2330 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Yvonne Celia Nadine Osta, age 28, of 5 Danforth Road #14, Nashua, NH on a charge of Willful Concealment. Osta was released on $500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for February 27, 2014 at the 9th Circuit Court – Milford.
- On February 13, 2014 at 2330 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Robert Douglas Peters, age 41, of 105 Ridgefield Drive, Milford, NH on a charge of Willful Concealment. Peters was released on $500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for February 27, 2014 at the 9th Circuit Court – Milford.
- On February 15, 2014 at 1651 hours, the Amherst Police Department responded to a 2 car accident on Thornton Ferry Road at Boston Post Road. No injuries were reported. DRIVER 1 – Matthew Colby, age 41, of Amherst, NH. DRIVER 2 - Derek Beaulieu, age 33, of Milford, NH.
- On February 16, 2014 at 1115 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Johna Joyce Morris, age 23, of 100 Ponemah Hill Road #2, Milford, NH on charges of Driving After Suspension and Driving After Suspension of Registration of Vehicle. Morris was released on $500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for February 27, 2014 at the 9th Circuit Court – Milford.
- On February 16, 2014 at 1340 hours, the Amherst Police Department responded to a 2 car accident on the Route 101 eastbound off ramp to Route 101A. Minor injuries were reported. DRIVER 1 – Jeanne Edison, age 59, of Keene, NH. DRIVER 2 - Traci Alfanso, age 45, of Antrim, NH.
- On February 16, 2014 at 2000 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Rosa Hernandez, age 54, of 38 Myrtle Street, Nashua, NH on a charge of Theft. Hernandez was released on $800 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for February 27, 2014 at the 9th Circuit Court – Milford.
- On February 17, 2014, the Amherst Police Department detained a juvenile on a charge of Simple Assault. Court action is anticipated.
