Amherst Middle School Collecting Supplies For Hurricane Victims
Stop by the school with your donations before Tuesday.

An Amherst family has several relatives in the Far Rockaway area of Queens, NYC, an area devastated by Hurricane Sandy. Everyone is safe and the Rockaway community is very strong, yet severely damaged.
The AMS Student Council and The Not So Secret Service are getting involved with collecting supplies for the victims. A donation drop off and distribution center has been set up and FedEx just started getting in and making deliveries.
Boxes are set up in the lobby and we are asking for donations of the following necessary supplies. At this time, general clothing donations are not something they are requesting.
