Mass. Man Charged with Carrying Loaded Weapon in Car

The Amherst Police Department recorded the following arrests and activities. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

• April 22, 2:45 a.m., police arrested Molly McKenzie, 25, of Manchester, on charges of theft, attempted theft by deception and driving after suspension. She was released on $600 personal recognizance bail and has an arraignment date of May 22 in the 9th Circuit Court, Milford.

• April 22, 1:20 p.m., police arrested Tracey Anne Colburn, 48, of Grafton, on charges of driving after suspension and driving after suspension of registration. Colburn was released on $400 personal recognizance bail and has a May 22 court arraignment at the 9th Circuit Court, Milford.

• April 24, 11:10 p.m., police arrested Durrand L. Michaelewicz, 24, of Winchendon, Mass., on charges of reckless operation. Michalewicz was released on $1,200 personal recognizance bail and has an arraignment date of May 22 at the 9th Circuit Court, Milford.

• April 24, 11:30 p.m., police arrested Nicholas Guthmiller, 27, of Westminster, Mass., on a charge of carrying a loaded weapon in a vehicle. Guthmiller was released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail and has an arraignment date of May 22 at the 9th Circuit Court, Milford.
