Amherst Police Bust Teens At Underage Drinking Party

[Sunday, Jan. 20]

At 10:45 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Alana Dolores Ginnard, 18, of 4 Hubbard Road, Amherst on a charge of unlawful possession of alcohol. Ginnard was released on $200 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for February 7, 2013 at the Milford District Court.

At 10:45 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Thomas Michael Rives, 17, of 6 Wilkins Road, Amherst, NH on a charge of unlawful possession of alcohol. Rives was released on $200 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for February 7, 2013 at the Milford District Court.

At 10:45 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Padriac Michael Wakeham, 17, of 1 High Meadow Lane, Amherst on a charge of facilitating a drug or underage alcohol house party. Wakeham was released on $200 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for February 7, 2013 at the Milford District Court.

[Monday, Jan. 21]

At 10:45 a.m., , the Amherst Police Department arrested Ashley Rebecca Keith, 24, of 2 Tamarack Lane, Amherst on a charge of driving after suspension. Keith was released on $500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for February 7, 2013 at the Milford District Court.

At 4:28 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Skylar J. Downing, 22, of 26 Kadakit Street, Harrisville, on charges of driving after suspension, driving after suspension of registration of vehicle and possession of a controlled drug. Downing was released on $800 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for February 7, 2013 at the Milford District Court.

[Tuesday, Jan. 22]

At 9:38 a.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a three-car accident on the Route 101 eastbound off ramp to Route 101A. No injuries were reported. The drivers were Jeannette Horner, 67, of Milford, Kenneth Glover, 20, of Brookline and Joseph Ruhl, 62, of Brookline.

A 10:15 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Timothy J. Blake, 51, of 6 Hyde Park, Centerville, MA on charges of attempted burglary and possession of a controlled drug. Blake was released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for February 7, 2013 at the Milford District Court.

At 3:25 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Taylor Patricia Tessier, 19, of 19 Westminster Street, Manchester on a charge of driving after suspension. Tessier was released on $400 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for February 7, 2013 at the Milford District Court.

At 3:45 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Debra Ann White, 51, of 153 Jordan Road, Keene on charges of  driving after suspension and driving after suspension of registration of vehicle. White was released on $500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for February 7, 2013 at the Milford District Court.

[Wednesday, Jan. 23]

At 1:15 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Spencer Christian Sottile, 20, of 9 Veterans Road, Amherst on a charge of driving after suspension. Sottile was released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for February 7, 2013 at the Milford District Court.

[Saturday, Jan. 26]

At 1:33 a.m, the Amherst Police Department arrested Jennine Marie Gray, 28, of 505 Nashua Street #909, Milford on a charge of driving after suspension. Gray was released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for February 7, 2013 at the Milford District Court.
