Mass. Man Accused of Drug Possession

Amherst police arrested a Massachusetts man May 1 on drug possession charges and vehicle violations.

Police said Wayne Allan Bell, 42, of Tyngsboro, Mass., was charged with possession of a controlled drug, transportation of a controlled drug, open container violation and failure to obey inspection requirements.

Bell was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and he is scheduled to be arraigned May 29 at the 9th Circuit Court in Milford.
