Amherst Police Log: Juveniles Detained On Theft Charges

AMHERST, NH — Amherst police over the last week arrested a Wilton man and responded to three crashes involving vehicles hitting deer. These incidents and more were included in the latest Amherst police log issued Wednesday. Individuals accused of crimes are presumed innocent.

Dec. 10

• 9:25 p.m. Shawn Lauginiger, 35, of Wilton, was arrested and charged with driving after suspension. He was released on bond pending an arraignment Dec. 27 in Milford District Court.

Dec. 8

• 6:05 p.m. Car vs. deer crash on Mack Hill Road. No one was hurt.
• 8:20 p.m. Two juveniles were detained on theft charges. Police said further court action is likely.

Dec. 7

• 5:34 p.m. Three-car crash on Route 101A. No one was hurt.

Dec. 6

• 12:07 p.m. Two-car crash on Route 101A. No one was hurt.
• 8:32 p.m. Car vs. deer crash on Amherst Street. No one was hurt.

Dec. 5

• 5:50 p.m. Car vs. deer crash on Amherst Street. No one was hurt.

Dec. 4

• 11:19 a.m. Two-car crash on Route 101A. No one was hurt.
• 1:15 p.m. Two-car crash in the Walmart parking lot. No one was hurt.

Dec. 3

• Two-car crash on Route 101. No one was hurt.
