Amherst Police Make Drug Arrests

[Monday, Feb. 25]

At 1:35 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a three-car accident on Route 101A.  No injuries were reported. The drivers were Alexander Bragdon, 19, of Mont Vernon, George Pettigrew, 65, of Manchester and Cheryl Rice, 54, of Milford.

At 2 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested David Wood, 73, of 6 Milford Street, Amherst on a charge of hindering apprehension or prosecution. Wood was released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for March 7, 2013 at the Milford District Court.

At 2:15 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Alison Roettenbacher, 26, of 6 Milford Street, Amherst on a charge of hindering apprehension or prosecution. Roettenbacher was released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for March 7, 2013 at the Milford District Court.

At 3:04 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Christina M. Giguere, 26, of 120 Palm Street, Nashua on a charge of willful concealment. Giguere was released on $500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for March 7, 2013 at the Milford District Court.

[Wednesday, Feb. 27]

At 11:32 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Old Manchester Road.  No injuries were reported. The driver was Sarah Dalton, 19, of Amherst.

At 1:10 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Raymond Paul Jalbert, 50, of 5 Alpine Street, Milford on a charge of driving after suspension. Jalbert was released on $800 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for March 7, 2013 at the Milford District Court.

[Thursday, Feb. 28]

At 2:55 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Christopher Charles Brouillette, 26, of 114 Birch Drive, Rindge on charges of transportation of a controlled drug, possession of a controlled drug and failure to obey inspection requirements. Brouillette was released on $1,200 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for March 14, 2013 at the Milford District Court.

At 9:15 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested C. Evan Luneta, 20, of 44 Mountain Road, Francestown on charges of possession of a controlled drug and transportation of a controlled drug. Luneta was released on $800 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for March 14, 2013 at the Milford District Court.
