Teen Charged With Drunk Driving

[Tuesday, Jan. 8]

At 3:45 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Sage Montgomery McGraw, 23, of 97 Knight Street #2, Milford on charges of driving After suspension, driving after Suspension of Registration of Vehicle, Possession of a Controlled Drug and Transportation of a Controlled Drug.  McGraw was released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for January 17, 2013 at the Milford District Court.

At 5:26 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on County Road at Thornton Ferry Road II.  No injuries were reported. The drivers are Oliviah Marsh, 21, of Manchester and Connor Chareth, 18, of Amherst.

At 6:10 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Karen M. O’Hearn-Visinski, 57, of 28 Buckridge Drive, Amherst on a charge of DWI. O’Hearn-Visinski was released on $500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for January 17, 2013 at the Milford District Court.

At 6:43 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Ethan Edward May, 21, of 10 Candlewood Drive, Amherst on charges of possession of a controlled drug and transportation of a controlled drug. May was released on $600 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for January 17, 2013 at the Milford District Court.

[Thursday, Jan. 10]

At 9:08 a.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on Carriage Lane.  No injuries were reported. Driver Joseph Quast, 46, of Milford hit a parked vehicle.

[Friday, Jan. 11]

At 1:45 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Molly O’Rouke, 18, of 390 Boynton Street, Bedford on a charge of DWI. O’Rouke was released on $500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for January 24, 2013 at the Milford District Court.
