Amherst Woman Charged with DUI
The following information was provided by the Amherst Police log. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
- On February 16, 2014 at 1328 hours, the Amherst Police Department responded to a 3 car accident on Route 101A. No injuries were reported. DRIVER 1 – Amber Scales, age 20, of Nashua, NH. DRIVER 2 – Shawn Landry, age 37, of Merrimack, NH. DRIVER 3 – Gary Rodgers, age 56, of Hudson, NH.
- On February 17, 2014 at 1350 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Sandra Lee Hansis, age 50, of 26 Eastern Avenue, Amherst, NH on a charge of Driving While Under the Influence of Drugs or Liquor. Hansis was released on $600 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for February 27, 2014 at the 9th Circuit Court – Milford.
- On February 18, 2014 at 1456 hours, the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Route 101A. No injuries were reported. DRIVER 1 – Amy Borlaug, age 44, of Nashua, NH.
- On February 19, 2014 at 0630 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Shannon L. Crete, age 43, of 26 Border Street, Amherst, NH on an electronic bench warrant issued by the Milford District Court. Crete was released on $1000 cash bail, and no further action is anticipated by the Amherst Police Department.
