A victim of a violent Bedford home invasion Nov. 24 was found dead at 49 Kensington Lane in Bedford on Monday, according to Bedford police.
In a statement, police confirmed that Sonia Quesada was found dead inside the home of Dr. Eduardo Quesada's mother.
According to freelance photographer Jeffrey Hastings, Bedford Police Chief John Bryfonski, at a press conference this evening, said there was no trauma to either person, but a large amount of prescription drugs was found at the scene.

The release reads as follows:
At approximately 10:12 a.m. on Monday, January 07, 2013, the Bedford Police Department received a call from a member of Dr. Eduardo Quesada’s family requesting the Police Department check the welfare of Dr. Quesada and Mrs. Quesada at a family member’s home at 49 Kensington Lane, Bedford. The family member stated attempts to contact Dr. and Mrs. Sonia Quesada that morning were unsuccessful and that both failed to appear at scheduled appointments that morning.
Bedford Police Department officers responded to 49 Kensington Lane and found the residence was secure but received no answer to repeated attempts to contact anyone inside.
Bedford Police called cellular telephone(s) known to be used by Dr. and Mrs. Sonia Quesada but those calls were unanswered.
The Bedford Police Department then forcibly entered the residence, with consent of the family.
Upon entry into the residence, Bedford Police Officers determined Mrs. Quesada was deceased and that Dr. Quesada was unconscious. Dr. Quesada was treated by Bedford Fire Department paramedics and transported to an area hospital. His exact condition is unknown at this time.
Dr. and Mrs. Quesada’s child was not present in the residence and was with other family members.
There were no other individuals in the residence at the time Bedford Police
entered 49 Kensington Lane and as previously noted, there was no forced entry into the residence prior to the forced entry by Bedford Police.
No further information is being released at this time pending further investigation by the Bedford Police Department, New Hampshire State Police and the Hillsborough County Attorneys Office.

The violent home invasion occurred Nov. 24, when the couple entering their home at about 10 p.m. were confronted by the attacker, police said. Bryfonski described the attacker, based on interviews with the victims, as a 6-foot-tall man who was wearing a black mask and a dark coat.
While the case remains under investigation, the police department convened a community meeting early last month to field questions and to try to allay any concerns of Bedford residents.
The search for clues also involved a stretch of Route 101 into Amherst.
