COP LOG: Two Arrested on Drug Charges

The following information was provided by Amherst Police. An arrest does not indicated a conviction.

Thursday, Sept. 5, 2013

  • 12:58 p.m.: Responded to a two-car accident on Courthouse Road at Boston Post Road.  No injuries were reported. Drivers were Mark MacDonald, 33, and Nancy Garrison, 63, both of Amherst.
  • 11:20 p.m.: Arrested Daniel Ray Sullivan, 29, of 15840 State Road, No. 221, Clermont, Fla., on charges of driving after suspension and unreasonable speed. Sullivan was released on $500 personal recognizance bail. His arraignment is scheduled for Oct. 3 in Milford.
  • 11:25 p.m.: Arrested Kenny Jean-Pierre, 19, of 172 Spruce St., second floor, Manchester, on a charge of possession of a controlled drug.  Jean-Pierre was released on $500 personal recognizance bail. His arraignment is scheduled for Oct. 3 in Milford.

Friday, Sept. 6, 2013

  • 5:30 a.m.: Arrested Justin Ryan Quinn, 22, of 285J Nashua Road, Groton, Mass., on charges of possession of a controlled drug and transportation of a controlled drug. Quinn was released on $500 personal recognizance bail. His arraignment is scheduled for Oct. 3 in Milford.
  • 9:20 a.m.: Responded to a two-car accident on Route 101 at Horace Greeley Road. No injuries were reported. Drivers were  Britta Ekdahl, 24, of Burlington, Vt., and Joanne Farley, 49, of Amherst.
  • 3:20 p.m.: Arrested Sadia Raheem, 37, of 35 East Road, Francestown, on charges of driving after suspension, unregistered motor vehicle, displaying a false inspection sticker, and failure to obey inspection requirements.  Raheem was released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail. Raheem's arraignment is scheduled for Oct. 3 in Milford.
