COP LOG: Two Arrested on Theft Charges

Wednesday, Sept. 25, 2013

• 1 a.m.: Arrested Charlotte Fearebay, 25, of 39 Walnut St., Berlin, Mass. on a charge of theft. Fearebay was released on $1,200 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for Oct. 31 at Milford District Court.
• 1 a.m.: Arrested Cheryl Allain, 34, of 88 Marshal St., Fitchburg, Mass., on a charge of theft. Allain was released on $1,200 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for Oct. 31 at Milford District Court.
• 6 p.m.: Arrested Diane Lyttle, age 53, of 8 Jones Road, Amherst, on a charge of driving while under the influence of drugs or liquor. Lyttle was released on $800 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for Oct. 31.

Thursday, Sept. 26, 2013

• 3:30 p.m.: Detained a juvenile on a charge of theft. Court action is anticipated.
