Catch A Deal On Town Beach Season Pass

Now is a great time to give your children swimming lessons at Baboosic Lake.

Amherst Recreation is offering a $20 off a season pass to the Amherst Town Beach for families of those taking swimming lessons this summer. The seasons pass is issued to a family and allows the entire family access to the lake every day of the season. Please contact the Recreation Department to receive the discounted rate.

A season pass is $90 for resident families and $130 for nonresident families. The daily gate fee is $4 for 12+ and $2 for those aged 3-11, while children under 2 and seniors over 65 get in free.

The American Red Cross Swimming Lessons are scheduled for a two week session, 30 minutes per day, and administered by experienced returning staff. All instructors are ARC Water Safety certified. Private lessons are also available. Visit the  Amherst Recreation website for details.

Amherst's beach has plenty of fun for the whole family with swimming, volleyball, fun on the play-scape, canopies and more.

The beach is guarded daily 10am-6pm, and the season closes on August 20.
