This Fifty Shades of Grey Parody is QUITE Naughty
Good times for the adults, as well as families, await in New Hampshire this weekend.

1. Naughty! SPANK! The Fifty Shades Parody will play at the Capitol Center for the Arts on Sunday, Jun. 2 at 7:30 p.m. It’s time for the saucy book that caused a world sensation to get SPANKED! SPANK! The Fifty Shades Parody is the hilarious new musical that brings all the naughty fun of the best-selling book to life. Your inner goddess will be laughing out loud with this new imagining of the characters as they come to life with sharp-witted comedy, musical numbers, steamy and fun performances from the hunky leading man, plus lots of surprises! Get there early for pre-show cocktails, then stay to meet the cast after the show, and pose for a photo with the fetching star himself. 2. Touch trucks! More than three dozen vehicles of all makes, models and sizes are rolling in to the Mall of New Hampshire parking lot for the fifth annual Touch a Truck event, where children can sit in, climb on and experience amazing trucks used in real life. Touch a Truck will take place on Saturday, June 1 from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. in the mall’s food court parking lot, and is a benefit for Noah’s Ark Child Care Center in Manchester and the Mall of New Hampshire’s Simon Youth Foundation. dvance ticket sales will be available at the Mall of New Hampshire guest services desk through May 31 and come with a VIP goody bag full of perks from area businesses like a $20 token card for Funspot, coupons from Mall of New Hampshire stores and goodies from area businesses. One goody bag will be provided per family, while supplies last. Those who purchase tickets in advance also get to skip the admission lines at the event and breeze through a Fast Pass lane. Touch a Truck tickets are $5 per person with a family of four or more capping at $20. Children under the age of one are free.
3. Jam! Check out Southside Johnny and The Poor Fools in Tupelo Music Hall in Londonderry on Friday, May. 31 at 8 p.m. Billed as Southside Johnny & The Poor Fools, each evening’s set list will consist of a wide cross section of music, described as Southside Johnny Lyon's "eclectic version of the Great American Songbook," with the Poor Fools playing everything from Bob Dylan tunes to NRBQ and songs from Muddy Waters, Richard Thompson, Emmylou Harris, The Band, George Jones, Mose Allison as well as a few Jukes standards. Tickets are $45 at the door.

4. Run and/or Dance! The First Annual Kimberly L. Cates Memorial Scholarship 5K Run/Walk "Heal the Soul" will be held at Chapanga's Restaurant in Milford on Friday, May 31 at 7 p.m. (with a free kids run at 6:30 p.m.) Registration opens at 5:30 p.m and is $20 for ages 16 & Up, $15 for Ages 15 & Under. Runner's Ticket Price includes all access pass to After Music Party. There is a $10 Non-Runner Entrance Fee for Music Party only. The run/walk features a flat course through quiet neighborhood streets around the Hampshire Dome. There will be computerized timing, awards, raffle prizes, and a great post race party. The Pop Farmers and The Slakas will provide live music from 6:30 p.m. until close. Parking and shuttle service available for runners at Milford High School. All proceeds from the race to benefit the Kimberly L. Cates Memorial Scholarship which helps students pursue post-secondary studies in medicine.
5. Skate! The Gate City Figure Skating Club of Nashua, NH is pleased to celebrate their 10th year anniversary at Conway Ice Arena on Saturday, Jun. 1 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. This year also commemorates the 10 years since the opening of Conway Ice Arena, Southern New Hampshire’s premier skating facility. Conway Arena hosts several hockey clubs and teams, a leading Learn to Skate program, and the Gate City Figure Skating Club. The 10th year anniversary figure skating show will bring back many of the most popular programs from previous shows. This years’ event will showcase the top skaters in the club, many of whom have been with the club since its inception, as well as entertaining programs from the many Conway Arena Learn to Skate participants. Several promising, nationally ranked United States Figure Skating Association skaters will also be displaying their talent. These performances will offer an enjoyable, family-friendly afternoon of figure skating. Please come and celebrate this milestone anniversary with our skaters! Tickets are $5 at the door.
