Greenville Man Charged with DWI, Drug Possession
The following information was provided by the Amherst Police log. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
- On February 1, 2014 at 0155 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Kyle Davis, age 26, of 72 Merriam Hill Road, Greenville, NH on a charges of Driving While Under the Influence of Drugs or Liquor, Possession of a Controlled Drug and Yellow Line violation. Davis was released on $500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for February 13, 2014 at the 9th Circuit Court – Milford.
- On February 1, 2014 at 1210 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Zachury Hutchinson, age 31, of 13 Second Street, Mont Vernon, NH on a charge of Theft. Hutchinson was released on $500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for February 13, 2014 at the 9th Circuit Court – Milford.
- On February 1, 2014 at 1915 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Colby Santerre, age 21, of 16 Billings Street, Milford, NH on a charge of Theft. Santerre was released on $2500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for February 13, 2014 at the 9th Circuit Court – Milford.
- On February 1, 2014 at 1937 hours, the Amherst Police Department responded to a 2 car accident on Boston Post Road @ Simeon Wilson Road. No injuries were reported. DRIVER 1 – Shannon Disco, age 17, of Amherst, NH. DRIVER 2 – Connor Bazil, age 19, of Amherst, NH.
