Indoor Boot Camp
Mon & Wed, 11/26-12/19 6:00-7:00pm
This class combines intervals of cardio drills and muscle conditioning exercises to provide a challenging circuit workout. Insturctor, Beth Civiello, is an AFAA certified Personal trainer and group fitness instructor who has been teaching and training for 14 years.
Body Back

Join our certified Body Back instructor Laura Kimball in the Body Back® program, the newest program release from Stroller Strides' founder Lisa Druxman. The class registration fee includes two coach led workouts per week; "Mama Wants Her Body Back" Meal Plan and Food Diary; before and after fitness assessments and measurements; online coaching and support; and a "Mama Wants Her Body Back" workout DVD with instruction for the workout periods you'll schedule on your own.
Horseback Riding for Adults
One hour lessons are offered daily Monday -Thursday at 3:30, 4:30 or 5:30 and are purchased in a group of 4. Pick and choose according to your availability.

Horseback riding lessons are held on the grounds of Walnut Hollow Farm, a traditional New England horse farm. Students will learn the anatomy of a horse, barn management, tack, grooming and riding in their outdoor or indoor ring.
Yoga for Middle Schoolers
Yoga is a great way to cultivate a strong body and mind. Yoga will increase flexibility & strength, working every system in the body. It will also improve concentration, focus, confidence and athletic performance. Yoga also introduces techniques for stress management that will carry on into adulthood.
This yoga class is suitable for males and females who are experienced with yoga and those who are new to yoga. It's ideal for athletes who want to improve conditioning and for those students who are interested in becoming more active. Dress in comfortable, non-restrictive clothing. Bring water. Mats and blankets will be provided.

Tribal Art of North America
There are so many wonderful types of art to explore close to home made by the different tribes found in Native America! We'll create totem poles, make weavings, decorate pottery and carve like the Inuit do and create intricate beadwork while we learn about some of the hundreds of tribes and the rich traditions present in their artwork. All materials included.
