Hidden Pond Apartments in Amherst should be completed by the beginning of September and ready tenants to move in.
The affordable housing project at 104 Amherst Street is in the final phase of construction, according to Stewart Property Management. It is expected to be available by September 1, and applications are still being accepted for available units.
The property will have 28 two bedroom apartments within five buildings on the property. Rent starts at $925 a month. Income limits apply for interested applicants.
