Local Students Awarded Health Care Scholarships
Amherst Orthodontics awarded ten scholarships to female high school graduates.

Amherst Orthodontics has awarded four aspiring health care professionals the 2012 Amherst Orthodontic Scientific Woman’s Scholarships, according to the Cabinet Press.
Applications were accepted from the top 10 percent female high school graduates pursuing a college education in the health care profession.
Scholarship winners include Shannon O’Mara, of Souhegan High School, who will attend Providence College; Cara Brewer, of Milford High School, who will attend Wheaton College; Jessica Thompson, of Bedford High School, who will attend Northeastern University; and Danielle Putur, of Hollis Brookline High School, who will attend Colgate University.
