Man Arrested for Aggravated DWI in Crash That Injured Passenger

• 3:50 p.m.: The Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on Route 101A at North Hollis Road. Drivers were David Cloutier, 42, of Milford, and Gerard Scannell, 52, of Westford, Mass. Scannell was transported to a medical facility for treatment of injuries.

Monday, Oct. 7, 2013

• 7:45 a.m.: Arrested Adrienne Valdez, 32, of 2 Washington Drive, Amherst, on charges of criminal mischief and resisting arrest. Valdez was released on a summons to appear in Milford's district court on Nov. 7.
• 4:19 p.m.: Responded to a single-vehicle accident on Narraganset Road. Driver was Kelly Gilmore, 53, of Lyndeborough, Gilmore was transported to a medical facility for treatment of injuries.
• 5:35 p.m.: Arrested Ashley Rae Moore, 17, of 31 11th St., Nashua, on a charge of willful concealment. Moore was released on $500 personal recognizance bail. She is scheduled for arraignment on Nov. 7 in Milford's district court.
• 5:35 p.m.: Arrested Melissa Correia, 18, of 5 Liberty St., Nashua, on a charge of willful concealment. Correia was released on $500 personal recognizance bail. She is scheduled for arraignment on Nov. 7 in Milford's district court.
• 11:18 p.m.: Responded to a single-vehicle accident on Walnut Hill Road. Driver was Justin Derosia, 30, of Lisbon. Derosia was arrested for aggravated driving while intoxicated, and a passenger in his vehicle was transported to a medical facility for treatment of injuries.
• 11:59 p.m.: Arrested Justin Michael Derosia, 30, of 78 Cole Plain Road, Lisbon, on a charge of aggravated DWI. Derosia was released on $1,200 personal recognizance bail. He is scheduled for arraignment date set for Oct. 23 at Milford district court.
