Man Arrested For DWI, Drug Charges After Crashing Car

The following information was supplied by the Amherst Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

[Thursday, Jan. 31]

At 12:07 a.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Route 101A. No injuries were reported.The driver was Brent Hammond, 21, of Milford. Hammond was arrested at the scene on charges of DWI, possession of a controlled drug, and transportation of a controlled drug. He was released on $600 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for February 7, 2013 at the Milford District Court.

At 3:40 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested William Joseph Kratman, Sr., 44, of 16 Kessler Farm Drive #455, Nashua on charges of simple assault, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. Kratman was released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for February 14, 2013 at the Milford District Court.

At 4 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Gregory George Haas, 27, of 683 Brown Avenue, Manchester on a charge of disorderly conduct. Haas was released on $500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for February 14, 2013 at the Milford District Court.

At 4 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Jave Alan Geddes, 32, of 129 Armory Road, Milford on a charge of disorderly conduct. Geddes was released on $500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for February 14, 2013 at the Milford District Court.

At 8:50 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Justin Snyder, 25, of 7 D Street, Nashua, NH on a charge of criminal mischief.  Snyder was released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for February 14, 2013 at the Milford District Court.
