Police Arrest Three Drivers For DWI

[Friday, Jan. 11]

At 5:21 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident in the Walmart parking lot. No injuries were reported. The drivers were Cayla Macinnis, 20, of Merrimack and Amie Medeiros, 34, of Pepperell, MA.

At 7 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Lisa DeBenedictis, 37, of 121 Abbott Farm Lane, Hudson on a charge of DWI. DeBenedictis was released on $600 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for January 24, 2013 at the Milford District Court.

[Saturday, Jan. 12]

At 12:30 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested David Vega, 28, of 7 Gillis Street, Nashua on a charge of shoplifting, as well as on an electronic bench warrant issued by the Milford District Court. Vega was held in lieu of $3,000 cash bail, with an arraignment date set for January 14, 2013 at the Milford District Court.

At 12:30 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested James Blount, 47, of 7A Crown Street, Nashua on a charge of criminal liability for the conduct of another. Blount was released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for January 24, 2013 at the Milford District Court.

[Sunday, Jan. 13]

At 12:45 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Eric Cuellar, 25, of 100 Orange Street #1R, Manchester on charges of DWI and open container law. Cuellar was released on $500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for January 24, 2013 at the Milford District Court.

At 9:47 a.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Thornton Ferry Road II.  No injuries were reported. The driver was Michael Hayden, 17, of Mont Vernon.

[Monday, Jan. 14]

At 2:35 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Lauren Marcucci, 21, of 18 New South Drive, Amherst on an electronic bench warrant issued by the Milford District Court. Marcucci was released on $500 personal recognizance bail, with a court date set for January 24, 2013 at the Milford District Court.

At 3:31 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on Route 101 at Amherst Street.  No injuries were reported. The drivers were Taylor Huxtable, 16, of Amherst and Kristien Coghe, 46, of Hampton.

[Tuesday, Jan. 15]

At 3 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Scott A. Richmond, 44, of 1 Emily Place, Claremont on a charge of DWI. Richmond was released on a summons to appear in the Milford District Court on January 24, 2013.
