POLICE LOG: Car And Deer Collide On Route 101

The following information was supplied by the Amherst Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

[Friday, Oct. 19]

At 10:09 a.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on Route 101A at Route 122.  Minor injuries were reported. The drivers were Diane Keifer, 50, of Milford and Leslie Farrington, 41, of Brookline.

At 11:34 a.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on Route 101. No injuries were reported. The drivers were Kasandra Daigle, 26, of Gardner, MA and Nicholas Hanson, 19, of Peterborough.

At 2:53 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Route 122. No injuries were reported. The driver was Jarad Briggs, 18, of Amherst.

[Saturday, Oct. 20]

At 2:38 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident in the Walmart parking lot. No injuries were reported. The drivers were Aura Zapata, 68, of Nashua and Nancy Rogers, 48, of Hollis.

At 4:43 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Ronald Gilbert Ribeiro, 28, of 95 Blossom Street #1, Nashua on a charge of driving after suspension. Ribeiro was released on $600 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for November 15, 2012 at the Milford District Court.

[Monday, Oct. 22]

At 9:53 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Nicholas Andrew Burns, 19, of 59 Langholm Drive, Nashua on a charge of driving after suspension. Burns was released on $500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for November 15, 2012 at the Milford District Court.

At 11:40 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Tristan R. Blanchard, 26, of Vt Route 10, North Springfield, VT on a charge of driving after suspension. Blanchard was released on $1000 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for November 15, 2012 at the Milford District Court.

[Tuesday, Oct. 23]

At 6:24 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Route 101 (car v. deer).  No injuries were reported. The driver was Carol Connors, 42, of New Ipswich.

At 9:38 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested John Joseph Kelly, 33, of 7 Drouin Way, Merrimack on a charge of transportation of a controlled drug. Kelly was released on $600 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for November 15, 2012 at the Milford District Court.
