Police Log: Devastating Burglary, Accidents and Drug Charges

At 12:36 a.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on Boston Post Road at River Road.  No injuries were reported. The drivers were Amy Bolduc, 43, of Amherst and David Trepaney, 47, of Amherst.

At 5:18 p.m., , the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on Route 101A at Route 122.  No injuries were reported. The driers were Daniel Roby, 61, of Mont Vernon and Derek Skillings, 31, of Amherst.

[Sunday, June 23]

At 2 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Daniel Tourtellot, 21, of 46 Boynton Street, Pepperell, MA on charges of possession of a controlled drug and transportation of a controlled drug. Tourtellot was released on $600 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for July 18, 2013 at the Milford District Court.

The Amherst Police Department investigated a reported Burglary which occurred on Route 101A sometime during the overnight hours.
