Police Log: DWI, Drugs and Assault

[Wednesday, June 26]

At 7:25 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Carlos Alfredo Perez, 23, of 8 Mason Street, Nashua on a charge of simple assault. Perez was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for July 18, 2013 at the Milford District Court.

At 5:01 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Kelly L. Laplante, 28, of 6 Gray Avenue #2, Nashua on a charge of simple assault. Laplante was released on $600 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for July 18, 2013 at the Milford District Court.

At 5:20 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Hollis Road at Thoreau Lane. No injuries were reported. The drivers were Scott Smith, 27, of Milford.

[Friday, June 28]

At 11:55 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Douglas Richard Roberge, 21, of 59 Ponemah Hill Road #LL5, Milford on a charge of theft. Roberge was released on $500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for July 18, 2013 at the Milford District Court.

At 11:29 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Old Manchester Road. No injuries were reported. The driver was Kristopher Whitehead, 39, of Milford.

[Saturday, June 29]

At 11:09 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Steven Schult, 48, of 52 Falconer Avenue, Milford on a charge of criminal trespass.  Schult was released on a summons to appear in the Milford District Court on July 18, 2013.

At 3:15 p.m., the Amherst Police Department detained two juveniles on theft charges.  Court action is anticipated.

[Sunday, June 30]

At 2 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Noelle Regina McKeon, 32, of 58 Derry Street, Merrimack on a charge of DWI. McKeon was released on $600 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for July 18, 2013 at the Milford District Court.

At 5:10 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Zachary Brewster, 27, of 380 Rockland Avenue, Manchester on charges of theft and possession of a controlled drug. Brewster was released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for July 18, 2013 at the Milford District Court.

At 5:10 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Dylan Burke, 20, of 311 Rimmon Street, Floor 2, Manchester on charges of criminal liability for the conduct of another and possession of a controlled drug.  Burke was released on $800 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for July 18, 2013 at the Milford District Court.
