POLICE LOG: Young Teen Faces Multiple Drug Charges

At 11:04 a.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Route 101. The driver was Shelby Ann Bradford, 26, of Boscawen.

At 2:20 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested John Lee Bogle, 17,of 7 Coles Rock Road, Merrimack on charges of possession of a controlled drug w/ intent to distribute, transportation of a controlled drug, possession and use of tobacco products by a minor and unlawful speed. Bogle was released on $800 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for September 13, 2012 at the Milford District Court.

At 3:55 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Keith Robert Evans, 60, of 1 Rowe Mtn Road, Bradford on a charge of possession of a controlled drug. Evans was released on $500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for September 13, 2012 at the Milford District Court.

At 7:38 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Christina Michelle Daily, 36, of 29 Capron Road #73, Milford on a charge of aggravated DWI. Daily was released on $800 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for September 13, 2012 at the Milford District Court.

At 11:21 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Christian Hill Road. No injuries were reported. The driver was Shannon O’Mara, 18, of Amherst.
